Best tips to maintain a good health

Hi, I’m Carol. As you may know, health is one of the most precious things we have in this life. But many people don’t take care of it and then they regret it. That’s why I want to share some of my experience with you and give 5 best tips for maintaining a good health!

1) Make sure you eat enough proteins…

… they are very important for your muscular system. However, ensure not to overdo it since proteins can be harmful in large amounts too! There are many sources of proteins such as beans, dairy products and meat.

2) Drink enough water…

… It is very important to drink sufficient amounts of water to stay healthy. Keep in mind that it doesn’t contain any calories and it can even boost your metabolism! Experts recommend to drink 2-3 l of water a day.

3) Be active…

…and do not sit in the office for more than 9 hours a day. Scientists suggest to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for you to stay healthy.

4) Eat small meals…

… so your stomach doesn’t grow too big. Many people eat too much and then get stomachaches or other problems because their stomach has a lot of empty space and food particles come into it very easily. Try to eat smaller portions each time so that you can avoid this issue!

5) Apply sunscreen every day…

… before going out in sunny weather! This important rule will help you stay healthy and enjoy the summertime. Sunscreen protects the skin and prevents dangerous sunburns.

6) Keep an eye on your salt intake…

… too much salt in your diet can cause hypertension, which may lead to serious health problems later on. So, if you need some salt, add only a little bit while cooking or eating. It’s best to keep your salt intake under control through regular meals instead of snacking on salty junk food later on!

7) Stay away from bad habits…

… like smoking and drinking too much alcohol. If possible, give up smoking already (it’s hard but the best thing to do!). However, don’t feel bad about drinking a glass of wine or beer – it may be important for your health later on!

5) Maintain your physical activity levels.

Take some exercise every week and maintain an active lifestyle. This will not only make you healthier but also keep you in good spirits!

Health is probably the most precious thing a human being possesses. Therefore it is important to keep your health in good shape so you live well for a long time.
